Referral Programme Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility

The Landwalker Referral Programme is open to active Wine Club members who have an account in good standing at the time of referral and reward fulfilment.

2. Referral Definition

A referral is considered valid when a new customer signs up as a Wine Club member using the referral process and completes their first qualifying purchase.

3. How to Participate

To participate, the referring member must submit a completed referral form after their friend has successfully signed up as a Wine Club member.

4. Rewards

• The referred new member will receive one complimentary bottle of wine with their first Wine Club order.
• The referring member will receive one complimentary bottle of wine with their next Wine Club allocation.

Rewards are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.

5. Qualification & Verification

Referrals are only valid once the new member has completed sign-up and their first qualifying order has been processed. Duplicate, self-referrals, or fraudulent sign-ups will not be eligible.

6. Timing of Rewards

Referral rewards will be applied to the next scheduled Wine Club allocation following verification of the successful referral.

7. Limitations

There may be limits on the number of referral rewards issued per member within a defined period, as determined by the business from time to time.

8. Changes to the Programme

We reserve the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the referral programme at any time without prior notice. Any changes will not affect referrals already successfully validated prior to the change.
