Wine Club FAQ

Welcome to the Te Kano Wine Club.

This guide is designed to help you manage your membership online, including updating your details, customising your allocation and understanding your club options. If you can't find what you're looking for, our team is always happy to help.


How to manage your Wine Club?

If you'd like to change your payment methods, shipping address or club settings

STEP 1 - Click 'My Portal'.

STEP 2 - On the main Dashboard, you will see 'My Clubs'

STEP 3 - Click 'Edit Club Details'.

STEP 4 - Update your Address / Payment Method / Change order .

STEP 5 - Click 'Save Changes'.

How to skip/suspend/cancel your Wine Club?

STEP 1 - Click 'My Portal'.

STEP2 - Click 'Wine Club' in the left panel.

STEP3 - Click the three dots (Change Skips / Suspend Order/ Cancel Order/ Edit Club Details).

You can also Edit Club Details from here.

*Please note that you're required to contact the winery directly to make any changes (skip, suspend, cancel) to Wine Club

How to change products?

STEP 1 - Click 'My Portal'.

STEP 2 - Click 'Wine Club' in the left panel.

STEP 3 - Click 'Adjust your order'.

From here, you can add or remove wines to customise your allocation. Please ensure your selection totals the full allocation (e.g. 6 bottles for the 6 Bottle Club). Once you're happy with your selection, click Confirm Changes at the bottom of the page to save your allocation.
